Congratulations to the newest members of the mommy club! So exciting!

Cousin Juliet is 17 weeks pregnant. Jose and Cousin are expecting their first child Oct 1, 2010.

Staci is 12 weeks pregnant. Vince and Staci are expecting their first child, Nov 3, 2010 (which is also their wedding anniversary!)

So it’s been a while since I’ve blogged…let’s just say there’s been a lot of things going on  I don’t even know where to begin…I think I’ll just write random thoughts and just go from there

• Being a father is pretty d*mn amazing.  Yes, we’re pretty tired but wow…we can’t help but be amazed every time we look at Andrew.
• Marilyn is awesome.  She was great taking care of Andrew for 9 months inside of her and now she’s taking great care of him in the real world.  She’s a great Mom.
• Andrew is perfect!  Enough said
• I realized what kind of dad I was going to be lol…I called the on-call doctor once this morning and once this afternoon.  I was worried about Andrew’s breathing…pediatrician said it was normal but it freaked me out to hear my son “struggling” to breath.  He told us that we can expect this for the first 3 months…until Andrew’s nose becomes a bit bigger lol.
• I love holding Andrew and watching him fall asleep in my arms.
• We love playing pee-roulette…we wait to see who Andrew will pee on when we change his diaper and he hasn’t peed yet lol.
• Andrew is perfect!  Did I say that already?  Too bad…he’s perfect
• Watching my son being born is one of the top moments of my life.
• Great seeing our family around Andrew.  I think our parents are more proud of Andrew than they are of us lol.  Go figure.
• I need to upgrade our home server cuz we are taking TONS of pictures and videos.
• Thank to all our family and friends for all the love we’ve been receiving.
• Andrew is going to be loved.

Marc and I have been taking Drew out on walks pretty much everyday since we came home except for that one day it rained. It’s been great family bonding time for Marc, Drew, Nikki and myself. I wish there was someone to take a family picture of the 4 of us on our walks. lol. Maybe it’s time to save for a tripod.

Andrew is one week old today.
