Karmen and her twin sister Karmelia celebrated their 30th birthday on the roof top of Karmen’s new downtown loft. They wanted everyone to dress in “stylish yet comfortable all black attire”. When we saw the birthday celebrants they were dressed in super hot black and pink dresses. Karmen even got a new hair do. She looks great! Marc and I were like, “Rihanna, is that you?” haha. Karmen’s roof top terrace was super nice. It had a lounge-like decor with a fireplace, red seating and a flatscreen tv. It had amazing views of the city, and had it not been cloudy we could see the ocean. So pretty! They even have the gym up there. Karmen was telling us that she went up there a few times to workout to that great view and the sunrise. They had a bar up there too. Sweet! I ate like 4 cookies . Happy 30th Karmen.
